All orders for NON PRINT ON DEMAND products are applicable for refunds within the first 30 days from the date of delivery of the product. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 30 day refund period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If a returned item is received back to our offices used, a refund or replacement may not be issued.

Refund or replacement requests for Print On Demand / Printed products received after 21 days from the date of delivery of the product will not be accepted.
Refunds requests for orders relating to buyer’s remorse and/or change of mind, and size exchanges will not be accepted. Please refer to the available size guides to make accurate decisions with regard to sizing choices.
All refund or replacement requests must be submitted in writing and must be approved by our Support Team. Please notify us within 21 days of receiving your print on demand item via e-mail to [email protected] & our team will review your submission get you a replacement or refund asap if your refund or replacement request is approved!
